The Sales Floor Accelerator

Duration |

7-Day On-Site Intensive Workshop

A full ground-up build, for teams who need agents floor-ready from scratch or floors that need a full reset.

Overview

A focused intensive workshop for sales teams with existing floor experience or limited capacity for a longer programme. Participants strengthen call mechanics, rapport and objection handling while developing resilience, self-management and greater ownership of personal performance under real sales floor pressure.

Learning Objectives
  • Build sales call capability: Develop the core skills required to structure effective sales calls, establish rapport and handle customer objections.

  • Strengthen performance under pressure: Develop resilience, motivation and self-management capabilities for real sales floor conditions.

  • Embed compliance and quality: Build awareness of compliance and quality assurance requirements within sales conversations.

  • Establish floor readiness: Develop the practical capability required for independent sales performance through roleplay, assessment and certification.

Learning Outcomes

By the end of the course, participants will be able to:

  • Apply core sales and compliance principles: Demonstrate an understanding of sales call structure, common objections, customer engagement, and the regulatory requirements governing compliant sales conversations.

  • Integrate sales and compliance: Apply rapport, customer needs, conversion, compliance, and quality principles together to create effective and responsible sales interactions.

  • Demonstrate floor-ready performance: Apply call structure, objection handling, resilience, self-management, and compliance skills in realistic sales scenarios and certified assessments.

  • Evaluate and improve performance: Analyse personal and peer call performance against defined standards, respond constructively to feedback, and develop a practical 30-day performance plan.

Learning Challenges vs. Learning Impact

This table connects key sales-floor challenges with the specific learning impact the programme is designed to deliver. It demonstrates how the course addresses inconsistent onboarding, performance under pressure, compliance risks, and early-tenure attrition by building structured, compliant, floor-ready capability.

Learning Challenge

Learning Impact

No consistent onboarding process: New agents may enter the sales floor without a consistent process for building the required capabilities.

Establish floor-ready capability: Develop agents to a certified, floor-ready standard rather than only preparing them to follow scripts.

Agents freezing under customer pressure: New or developing agents may struggle to apply their skills when facing real customer interactions.

Build performance under pressure: Apply sales, objection-handling and resilience skills in live-certified sales calls to support floor readiness.

Compliance risks from early bad habits: Poor practices established early may create compliance risks within sales conversations.

Embed compliant habits: Build compliance awareness and practices into sales activity from the outset.

High early-tenure attrition: New agents may leave during the early stages of their time on the sales floor.

Support ramp-up and retention: Develop floor-ready capability and structured performance practices to support reduced ramp time and early-tenure attrition.
