Before anything gets built, we work out what the academy actually needs to be. That means mapping your organisation's learning needs end to end, defining the governance and standards it will run on, and designing the curriculum architecture that holds it all together. This phase ends with a clear blueprint.
PROGRAMME BUILD
With the architecture agreed, we build everything within it – individual programmes, learning materials, assessments, activities, and supporting resources. Each element is designed to consistent standards, aligned to the academy’s objectives and learner journey. Together, they create a cohesive learning experience that feels like one integrated offering, rather than separate projects.
PLATFORM INTEGRATION
An academy needs infrastructure, not just content. We integrate the full learning experience into your LMS or LXP, configuring enrolment, learning pathways, tracking, reporting, assessments, and progression. The result is a connected, fully functioning academy that gives learners a seamless experience and gives administrators the visibility needed to manage performance from day one.
FACILITATOR ENABLEMENT
Content and platform only get you so far. We prepare your facilitators and internal experts to deliver confidently and consistently, equipping them with the knowledge, tools, guidance, and practical skills required to meet the academy’s standards. This keeps delivery consistent across sessions, programmes, and learner experiences, regardless of who facilitates each session.
LAUNCH & ADOPTION
​We plan the rollout properly, from internal communication and stakeholder engagement to the first cohort experience and launch. Every touchpoint is designed to build awareness, drive participation, and create momentum, ensuring your academy gets people through the door and starts strongly rather than disappearing into a quiet go-live.
ONGOING OPERATION
An academy that isn't maintained starts to decay the day it launches. Whether we hand over to your internal team or continue running it with you, we build in reporting, refresh cycles, governance, and ongoing support. This keeps content relevant, performance visible, and the academy effective long after opening day.
