With 15+ years' experience, Nicola has delivered enterprise-wide learning strategies and corporate education solutions across banking, insurance, fintech, healthcare, IT and consulting.
She has built and scaled training practices from the ground up, led multi-country programmes across Africa, the UK and Ireland, and partnered with C-suite executives to align learning outcomes with business growth and strategic objectives.
Her expertise spans the full learning lifecycle: instructional design and curriculum development, facilitation, training needs analysis, digital learning systems (LMS/LXP), and building learning academies and on-demand content from the ground up.
She applies structured methodologies, including ADDIE, SAM and 70:20:10, and uses learning analytics and ROI reporting to track and prove impact.
Qualifications
Nicola's professional foundation is complemented by postgraduate study in Applied Psychology, giving her a strong grounding in behaviour change, motivation, and how people learn and retain knowledge under pressure.
